Role Overview:

As the Global Chief Solutions & Transformation Officer, you will be a key member of the Executive Committee (ExCo), responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth by owning/winning big pitches and unlocking accelerator accounts. You will lead the transformation agenda, ensuring alignment between creative ambition, business strategy, and technological advancements. Your role will be instrumental in reshaping our processes, capabilities, and culture to drive long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearheading strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and delivery excellence, by owning/winning big pitches, unlocking accelerator accounts, and enhancing client satisfaction to improve retention.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with our vision, mission, and growth objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements, automation, and new ways of working.
  • Support digital transformation efforts, integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance creative production, workflow management, and client engagement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ensuring continuously adapting to changing market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Partner with senior leadership to evolve the business model, identifying new revenue streams and value-creation opportunities.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making, implementing analytics and insights to measure and optimize performance.
  • Build cross-functional collaboration between creative, production, technology, and business teams to drive seamless execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and manage change-related risks, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across the organization.
  • Oversee talent development and organizational capability building to support transformation efforts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role driving transformation within a creative, production, media, or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of creative production processes, emerging technologies, and the evolving media landscape.
  • Expertise in operational strategy, change management, and digital transformation.
  • Track record of successfully implementing process improvements, automation, and digital tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
