Reports to: Account Director

The role:

To support the Account Director (and Senior Account Manager) in the development of integrated communications for a global healthcare brand. Working with the client and internal teams to support in the strategic thinking, creative ideation and design development with local implementation across shopper channels including instore and online. You will need strong communication skills and have the ability to work across multiple levels of our organisation and the clients’ business. You should be passionate about shopper marketing and have some experience in working with strategic partners. You should be highly familiar with international retailing and preferably have worked in a client facing role in a creative agency where you have managed and facilitated communication across consumer and trade marketing channels.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager who is eager to develop their skills and advance into a Senior Account Manager position as part of their career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Account and Project Management
  • Drafting and consolidation of client briefs
  • Managing timing plans to include hand off from our strategic partners, through to ideation and concept development and into assets and toolkits finalization
  • Status reporting on projects and pro-active communication to ensure clients are fully informed of project progress
  • Understand and familiar with a broad range of printed and digital shopper formats
  • Ensure all output meets and exceeds client expectations and meet timelines
  • Understanding of the brand portfolio and their respective global brand guidelines
  • Organising and scheduling work with the team’s creative resources

Financial Management:

  • Supporting the Account Director and Senior Account Manager in the monthly performance and profitability analysis
  • WIP and billing management, ensuring work is billed correctly and timely
  • Monitoring and reporting levels of work to ensure efficient use of team time

Client Development:

  • Develop, maintain and extend client relationships, building trust and confidence in our capability
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and brands
  • Retention and expansion of work streams across specific categories
  • Manage client expectations in relation to project objectives, creative standards, timelines and budgets

Skills and Experience required:

  • ~3+ years' experience in a shopper marketing/ retail/ integrated agency or similar environment.
  • ~ Passionate and personal interest in Shopper Marketing, international retailing, innovation and trends.
  • ~ An individual with strong commercial awareness and with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
  • ~ Ability to juggle numerous tasks at once and deliver all effectively.
  • ~ Demonstrate management skills, including administration, planning, cost/budget and project management, status reporting.
  • ~ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, must be shown for both internal and client proposals, presentation and training, together with good PC skills.
  • ~ A friendly, positive team player with strong interpersonal/communication skills.
  • ~ Be proactive and take initiative to get things done.
  • ~ Committed to high-quality output and service, with a strong attention to detail.
  • ~ Display confidentiality at all times with regards to Tag business.

  • Time and cost management on projects
  • WIP billing to be minimized as much as possible
  • High customer satisfaction scores
  • Working relationship and reputation with clients and internal stakeholders
