The Integrated Creative Director leads the conceptual and creative output across all projects, defining and driving a clear, compelling visual and creative vision. Working across disciplines, this role is responsible for shaping best-in-class, culturally relevant work that delivers against both brand and commercial objectives.
Reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer, this is a senior leadership position requiring a highly experienced creative with a strong point of view, proven ability to lead integrated campaigns, and confidence operating at a senior client level. The role goes beyond execution, focusing on strategic thinking, creative direction, and elevating the overall standard of work across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of integrated creative campaigns across digital, social, print, film, and experiential channels
- Define and establish the creative vision, visual language, and tone across all projects and brands
- Oversee and elevate all creative output, ensuring it meets a consistently high standard of craft and innovation
- Act as a senior creative lead on key accounts, building trusted relationships with clients
- Present creative concepts and strategies with confidence at senior stakeholder and C-suite level
- Translate strategic objectives into compelling, insight-led creative ideas
- Guide and mentor designers, copywriters, and wider creative teams, driving development and growth
- Review and approve all creative work including design, photography, motion, and content
- Collaborate closely with strategy, production, and account teams to ensure seamless delivery of integrated campaigns
- Stay ahead of cultural, visual, and industry trends, bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the business
- Ensure alignment between creative output, brand positioning, and commercial goals
- 5–10+ years’ experience in a senior creative role within an agency or brand environment
- Proven experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact, concept-driven creative work
- Experience within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors highly desirable
- Highly confident in client-facing situations, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, and content ecosystems
- Excellent conceptual thinking and a refined eye for art direction, design, and execution
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams
- Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial awareness
- Proficiency across creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and presentation platforms
- A natural creative leader with strong vision and conviction
