We are seeking a highly strategic, operationally minded, and influential Business Manager to partner with our Global Brand President in driving key priorities and ensuring seamless execution across our global organisation.
- Strategic Execution & Project Management
- Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and effective tracking of progress.
- Support and coordinate strategic planning processes, including KPI metrics, performance monitoring, and risk assessment at a global level.
- Identify and analyse critical business issues and opportunities, developing recommendations and action plans.
- Create and deliver high-quality presentations, decks, and briefing materials at speed for executive meetings, board updates, and internal communications. Ensure storytelling and messaging is clear, well-structured, and aligned to business objectives.
- Trusted Advisor & Communication Hub
- Act as a key strategic partner to the Global Brand President on a wide range of strategic and operational matters.
- Serve as a key point of contact and facilitator for communication between the Global Brand President and other senior leaders, ensuring alignment and clarity across global teams.
- Organisational Development & Culture
- Collaborate with functional departments on strategic talent management, organisational design, and change management initiatives with a global lens.
- Special Projects & Initiatives
- Lead and manage ad-hoc strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by the Global Brand President.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making on global market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to drive complex projects from conception to completion, with a strong focus on results.
- Strong understanding of global business operations and cultural nuances.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Familiarity with the creative production industry or market experience relevant to Tag and dentsu.
- Experience with change management and organisational development in a global environment.
