Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients and their representatives to ensure trips meet client needs.
- Managing slot and parking requirements.
- Co‑ordinating with Ground Operations to brief them on client flights and to proactively find solutions.
- Monitoring daily and future flying programmes, identifying and resolving potential issues to prevent disruption.
- Working as part of a team to ensure all trips move forward and targets are met.
- Assisting in the management of key charter aircraft.
- Live monitoring of all flights using CFMU to provide proactive service during delays or issues.
- Co‑ordinating additional travel requirements for clients, including limousines.
- Advising appropriate personnel of client‑related issues and resolution strategies.
- Analyzing mandatory items for all planned future trips.
- Providing constant feedback with dedicated CSR or aircraft families to keep clients updated.
- Managing helicopter schedules.
- Maintaining up‑to‑date recorded information.
- Greeting clients where possible when flying through Farnborough Airport.
- Promoting the TAG reputation and brand.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, able to interact with all levels via phone, e‑mail and face‑to‑face.
- Confidence and calm demeanor, able to manage demanding and last‑minute travel changes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (French, German) are desirable.
- Knowledge of airport locations and frequent travel destinations.
