Training Alliance Group (TAG) is looking for a passionate Parent Pathways Mentor to join our team supporting families across Ellenbrook, Morley, Mirrabooka, Midland, and surrounding suburbs.
This is more than a case management role.
It's a chance to walk alongside parents and caregivers as they take real, practical steps towards brighter futures for themselves and their kids.

What you'll do
- Deliver person-centred case management for parents and caregivers of young children
- Look at the whole picture, addressing both vocational and non-vocational needs
- Guide people towards their own goals, connecting them with the right internal and external services
- Build strong relationships with local services and organisations across Ellenbrook, Morley, Mirrabooka, and Midland
- Create a warm, welcoming, child-friendly space where families feel comfortable
- Bring empathy, patience, and genuine care to every single interaction
Skills And Experiences

- Current WA Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- A valid WA driver's licence
