- £50,500–£56,800 total package inclusive of door-to-door travel pay (£40,000–£45,000 DOE basic salary)

We are one of the UK's leading providers of commercial kitchen installation and maintenance services to the premium hospitality sector. From one-off installations to full turnkey projects and complete asset management, we work with some of the most prestigious venues in the country. Our field engineering team is the backbone of what we do — and we're expanding it.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer with F-Gas certification and a minimum of 6 years' commercial experience to join our established team. You will be repairing, servicing and maintaining a range of technically varied refrigeration systems — from localised self-contained units through to remote condenser and pack systems (depending on experience) — across some of London and the Home Counties' most prestigious hospitality environments. Brands include Williams, Foster, True, Adande, Hoshizaki, Precision, Polar and more.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in fault-finding, repairing and maintaining commercial refrigeration equipment — essential
- F-Gas certification — essential
- Localised/self-contained systems (fridges, cold rooms, ice machines, blast chillers) (Remote condenser and pack/centralised systems advantageous but not essential)
- Experience in the hospitality or commercial kitchen sector strongly preferred
- Confident communicating directly with clients including facilities managers, client-side engineers and kitchen teams
- Competent in using Field Service Management software on a mobile device or tablet
- Full UK Driving Licence
Attending breakdown callouts and carrying out repairs across all types of commercial refrigeration equipment found in the hospitality sector:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing of refrigeration equipment on a scheduled basis
- Working collaboratively as part of an established field engineering team, and independently on day-to-day callouts
- Dealing directly with clients on-site, including facilities managers, client-side engineers and kitchen staff
- Shift pattern runs 6am–2pm, with the choice of joining our early or late shift team
- 1-in-5 weekend on-call rota with a standby payment ~ Saturday: 1.5x ~ Sunday and Bank Holidays: 2x
