We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our team at Red Sea House. This role is vital in supporting residents’ health and wellbeing by providing nutritious, culturally appropriate meals in a safe and welcoming environment.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, prepare, and deliver a varied, nutritious menu that reflects our residents’ cultural backgrounds and meets their individual dietary needs.
- Take responsibility for ordering and managing food supplies, ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently and cost effectively.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety across all kitchen and storage areas.
- Contribute to the wellbeing of our residents through positive daily interactions and by helping to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
