We are seeking an experienced Post Contract Project Manager to join our team. At Taff Housing Association we are delivering an ambitious programme of new affordable housing in the Cardiff area. Our development programme plays a key role in delivering our vision to provide great quality homes and services and to enable communities to thrive.

You will be responsible for delivering schemes from post tender stage through to handover and final account. If you have strong technical construction knowledge, great people skills, and a passion for delivering excellent services, we'd love you to join us and help deliver our new homes here at Taff.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of the delivery and post contract project management of the development programme and ensure that development strategy objectives are met.
  • Manage scheme budgets, risks and programme timelines, keeping everything on track and maintaining clear, accurate reporting.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and take a proactive, solutions focused approach to scheme delivery.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • Minimum of two years’ experience project managing new build residential development and major refurbishment schemes.
  • Experience working in a housing association/social housing environment.
  • Strong project management skills within development or construction.
  • Good knowledge of planning, construction, contract management and legal processes.
  • Experience managing budgets, cashflows, risks, and multiple project demands.
  • Effective working relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Clear communication, proactive work and excellent attention to detail.
