Taff Housing in Barry is seeking a Relief Support Assistant to provide daytime and/or night-time staffing coverage within a 24/7 staffed Supported Accommodation Project.
You will support residents with complex needs and help maintain a safe, welcoming living environment.
You will deliver psychologically informed, person-centred support and assist with activities and workshops to promote wellbeing, independence and development.
