Taff Housing is seeking a Support Officer for Ty Parc in Abergavenny to provide purposeful, outcome-focused support to five care-experienced youths aged 16+ in a new supported accommodation project.
You will build safe, supportive relationships and work towards independent living, with a focus on trauma-informed practice and safeguarding.
You will also line manage a small team, maintain detailed records, and participate in an on-call rota to cover 24/7 operations.
