Taff Housing is seeking a caring and compassionate Support Assistant to join Ty Parc, our new supported accommodation project in Abergavenny. You will work during the day alongside Support Officers to help five care-experienced young people aged 16+ make positive and sustainable changes in their lives.
We believe good support is built through positive relationships; you will help create a safe, supportive environment where residents feel listened to, respected and able to work toward their goals.
