Painter & Decorator - £29,810 per annum
We are looking for a qualified Painter & Decorator to join our vibrant team.
At Taff, we are passionate about providing safe, secure and affordable homes.
Our repairs team work closely together to ensure we deliver an excellent service to our tenants.
This is an exciting and varied role where you will work on reactive repairs, voids (empty properties), and planned maintenance across our homes, including communal facilities.
This role offers the opportunity to gain a real sense of achievement by providing a service that has a significant impact on people's lives.
To be successful, you will be qualified or have equivalent experience, and be committed to developing, learning, and sharing your knowledge.
You will have good communication skills, a flexible approach, and play an integral part in Taff's team.
If successful, you will be provided with a fully insured works van, fuel card, and uniform.
We also offer ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What you'll do...
As our painter & decorator you will be responsible for the delivery of reactive, voids (empty property) & planned maintenance of our homes including communal facilities.
With our aim of providing great homes and services, safety, comfort and quality are of the utmost importance when delivering repairs on a right first-time basis.
What you'll bring to the role...
- Good communication skills, including basic written skills
- Qualification in related trade at NVQ level 2, or equivalent level of experience
- Experience in tape & fill or plastering
- Experience of working in voids & occupied domestic properties
- Ability to drive
