Taff Housing Association in Abergavenny is seeking a caring Support Assistant to join Ty Parc, our new overnight service for 16+ care-experienced residents. You will provide a calm, reassuring waking nights presence and help maintain safety, wellbeing and progress as residents move towards independence.
Working nights on a two-weekly rolling pattern, you will:
- Build positive relationships
- Follow support and safety plans
- Manage challenging behaviours
- Contribute to a neighbourhood where residents can thrive
