Taff Housing is seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to assist colleagues in empowering young women aged 16-21 who are homeless or at risk.
You will help residents achieve goals and move into independent accommodation, following service rotas that cover 24/7/365 and safety plans to maintain project safety.
Ideal candidates have experience in care or support, calm and proactive communication, good literacy, and the ability to work on their own initiative as part of a team.
