  • 1x Temporary Part Time position until 11 December 2026 (17.5 hours per week)

$111,798 - $132,585 salary package - includes base salary ($98,499 - $116,813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading paid pro-rata.

About the role: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Beauty Therapy educators to join our team and shape the future professionals. In this rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to share your industry knowledge, ignite student passion, and help learners develop the skills and qualifications they need to thrive in the workforce. You’ll play a key role in supporting students' career aspirations through engaging, hands-on learning experiences.

About You: To be successful in the role, you will:

  • Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at a minimum hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Have a minimum of five years post-qualification industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
  • Hold evidence of the required teaching qualification to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET).
  • Be prepared to develop and maintain your VET knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency, and trainer/assessor competence.

This is a child-related position. Successful candidates must hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to commencing. TAFE NSW will also conduct an Australian National Criminal Record Check on the preferred applicant as part of the pre-employment process.

To be eligible for a position at TAFE NSW, you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand passport.
