As a Customer Account Executive , you will be a key point of contact for our customers.

You will be responsible for communicating positively with trade customers regarding their requirements and promoting the company's contribution to the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contacting and supporting tyre retailers across the region.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding pricing, client lists, and company finances.
  • Working in harmony as part of a dedicated team .
  • Ensuring high standards of professional service at all times .
  • Process sales orders to the order system efficiently and correctly for the customer.
  • Managing key accounts , involving outbound and inbound calls daily , building a rapportwith your account customers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Punctuality: Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
  • Professionalism: You must be able to give your best in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong verbal skills; please note that all telephone calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes .
  • Integrity: Compliance with company policies, including our strict data protection obligations.
  • Good IT Skills
  • Previous Account Management.

* Working Hours

Monday to Friday with some Saturdays as and when needed.

Reporting to the Sales Manager , the successful candidate must be highly driven individual looking to provide the best level of service to our customer base.
