As a Customer Account Executive, you will be a key point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for communicating positively with trade customers regarding their requirements and promoting the company's contribution to the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contacting and supporting tyre retailers across the region.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding pricing, client lists, and company finances.
- Working in harmony as part of a dedicated team.
- Ensuring high standards of professional service at all times.
- Process sales orders to the order system efficiently and correctly for the customer.
- Managing key accounts, involving outbound and inbound calls daily, building a rapport with your account customers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Punctuality: Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
- Professionalism: You must be able to give your best in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills; please note that all telephone calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
- Integrity: Compliance with company policies, including our strict data protection obligations.
- Good IT Skills.
- Previous Account Management.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday with some Saturdays as and when needed.
