Job Overview
In this role you will be managing the Build and Test Operation facility supporting the delivery of all TAE engineering projects, production operation and test requirements.To ensure correctly skilled resource is in place and trained to meet the business requirements, including directing, motivating and developing existing staff on a day-today
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Β· To ensure all projects and production demands are met on time and to
specification.
- Establish links and coordinate alignment with TAE Technologies and ensure
cross group synergies.
- Ensure Test Facilities are managed in line with relevant legislative regulations,
test protocols and procedures.
- Ensure Workshops operate efficiently, in a safe and compliant manner and to
ensure all technical resource operation in line with company policies and
procedures. β Do they need to be BMS certified
- Develop key metrics to support business requirements.
- Own process creation for area of responsibility.
- Broad ranging understanding of automotive operational delivery, specifically in
EV battery build and test.
- Support facility CAPEX implementation.
- Support Engineering Operations regards facility planning.
- Lead all proto-type build and test requirements and build within Testing Facilities.
- Support integration of new products or transfers to test sites.
- Lead and support Manufacturing Engineering activities in coordination with
Engineering Operations Manager and Project Engineering.
- Ensure all projects and production demands are met on time and to specification.
- Ensure that Environmental, Health & Safety, quality standards and procedures
- Promotes Environmental Health & Safety awareness
- Any other reasonable duties assigned in line with the requirements of the role.
