Tadley Court School is recruiting Teaching and Learning Support Leads (Primary) to join our education team. We are looking for versatile, resilient, and committed Teaching and Learning Support Leads who can adapt their practice to support across an assigned key stage. The successful candidates will work alongside the relevant Phase Lead, embed teaching and learning, support pupil behaviour, establish good relationships with pupils, staff and parents, and act as a role model responding to individual needs. They will be responsible for a group of teaching assistants, providing support, guidance, mentoring, coaching, supervision, and appraisal.

We look for people who share our passion for making a difference and ideally have previous experience of autism (training will be provided). We are committed to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare, and expect all staff to share this commitment.

All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with Disclosure & Barring Service and at least two references covering the last three years. References may be requested prior to interview for roles within our schools.
