About the Role

Tadley Court School are seeking to appoint an outstanding SEN teacher (qualified) to join our successful and forward‑thinking school. This post will suit a Primary trained teacher with an interest in SEN. This position is for a September 2026 start.

Tadley Court School is a specialist school and has an Ofsted rating of Good with Outstanding features. Our school is set in a beautiful semi‑rural location with four acres of well‑maintained grounds. We are a day school specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 4 and 19 years who all have a formal Autism diagnosis and either SLD or MLD. We have a healthy referral stream that proudly and successfully delivers values‑led education.

We are known for our career progression routes and we attract professionals who are willing to contribute to our sustained success whilst embracing our family‑ethos. Working at Tadley may particularly suit people experienced in working in the mainstream primary sector, as our school largely follows this model across all cohorts.

You will have the opportunity to work in an enthusiastic and supportive phase which challenges students to be as independent as possible in their learning and their communication. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching some of the most vulnerable students in society and a real will to make a difference to their lives (and that of their families).

  • Exclusive access to reward and discount scheme
  • Blue Light Discounts
  • Comprehensive induction
  • Commitment to your ongoing training and career progression
  • Teacher pension scheme
  • Paid for enhanced DBS
  • Wellbeing support
  • Cycle to work scheme

If you are a teacher seeking an authentic experience in a progressive and successful school, then consider this your personal invitation to Tadley Court. All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with Disclosure & Barring Service and at least 2 references which cover the last 3 years; for all our services we will request references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.
