About the Role
An SMB Account Manager at Fixflo will be deeply integrated within the Account Management team and rely on a process and data‑driven approach to revenue expansion. You will manage a book of over 1,500 SMB customers, engaging them proactively to maximise value from the Fixflo suite.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the offering within the SMB portfolio through cross‑selling and upselling Fixflo products.
- Work proactively and negotiate reactively with customers to reduce churn and downsells, understanding challenges and finding solutions with the training academy or Customer Success team.
- Project manage upsells and new‑product sales, including the contractor marketplace, using consultative sales skills to resolve customer pain points and drive commercial success.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team (Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Onboarding, Support) and report to Fixflo’s Account Director.
Qualifications
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to demonstrate Fixflo’s suite of products in an engaging, proactive, value‑led manner.
- Exceptional rapport‑building and quick relationship‑building skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Proven ability to negotiate, close deals and drive upsells and cross‑sell opportunities while preventing churn.
