*JOB DESCRIPTION*

* Carry out technician routine inspections, emergency call out visits and job work to Commercial Clients and residential. Problem solving abilities is a must for this position.
* Good time management and planning of the work load is essential.
* Out of hours’ work (remunerated as overtime) will be required to carry out inspections within our commercials contracts. Some weekend work may be required of the candidate.
*QUALIFICATION*
* RSPH/BPCA LV3 qualification is required. Training and continuous professional development will be offered.
* Good report writing and communication skills are required.
*REMUNERATION*
* You will be provided with all of the equipment necessary to carry out your work. This will include a mobile phone and full uniform.
* Expenses incurred in carrying out your duties will be settled on submission of an expense claim form.
* There will be a 3-6 month probationary period.
* Your monthly travel card will be paid for by the company (London Zones)
*£36,000 £37,000 INCLUDING COMMISSION AND OVERTIME WITH EXPECTED ON TARGET EARNINGS OF £40,000 plus PER ANNUM. SALARY DEPENDING ON QUALIFIACTAIONS AND EXPERIENCE.*
