What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the person who connects the dots between business needs and tech solutions. That means working with stakeholders to understand what they’re really trying to achieve, mapping out processes, spotting gaps, and turning all that into clear requirements for the development team.

What we’re looking for

• A few years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, ideally in an Agile environment
• Good understanding of how business processes and systems fit together
• Confident working with people at all levels – asking the right questions, and explaining things clearly
• Some hands-on knowledge of tools like SQL or Power BI would be great
