What do you need?
- SOC / SIEM experience
- Ability to read and edit Python (or similar)
- Live troubleshooting experience
- APIs / integration tools
- Proven customer-facing experience. You've led calls, owned accounts, ran QBRs. We need someone who can understand the full customer journey)
