As a Creative Strategist, you will work hands-on with high-volume, high-spend social campaigns so that you can see exactly what works, and quick! This is a truly creative role; no idea is too outlandish and you will be encouraged to experiment with different strategies.
You will thrive here if you have:
- 3+ years' experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing
- A track record of developing high-performing Meta and TikTok creatives
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A solid understanding of consumer psychology and decision-making
