This is a chance to own AI at a fintech that’s growing fast.
They build credit data and analytics used by some of the biggest banks and asset managers in the world. AI is at the core of the product, and they want someone to take it further.
The title says Head of, but this isn’t a sit-in-meetings role.
You’d be hands‑on, building agentic AI yourself.
They need someone with a strategic eye to decide where the business should be aiming 12/18/24 months in the future from an AI perspective.
What you’d be doing:
- Building agentic systems end to end: agents, tool use, RAG and evals, all on real company financial data
- Owning the AI roadmap and deciding what gets built next
- Working directly with leadership, clients and data partners, and explaining AI in plain English
What you’ll need:
- Corporate credit experience. This is the big one.
Think credit analysis, credit research, credit modelling, ratings, leveraged finance or credit data, covering company financials, bonds or loans.
- Strong commercial Python
- Agentic AI or LLM products you’ve built and shipped into production
- A strategic head and confidence in front of senior stakeholders
- Experience building end-to-end as well as deploying
It doesn’t matter if you came up through software engineering, data science or the credit side itself.
If you code with AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor, that’s great, as long as you understand and can explain every line.
