I’m working with a rapidly scaling US AI startup to build their founding engineering team in London. This isn't a traditional graduate programme. There are no lengthy training schemes, layers of management, or years spent waiting for meaningful responsibility.
Instead, you'll join a small, high-performing engineering team where you'll be building production software from day one, working directly with senior engineers in New York, and helping shape the future of a fast-growing AI business. For ambitious graduates who want to accelerate their careers, the learning curve is difficult to match.
Your first two weeks will be spent onboarding in New York alongside the US engineering team before returning to London to help establish the company's engineering hub (all expenses paid).
