This role is for a household name company that has over 6 million followers on social media. You’ll be creating software that actually helps people. This isn’t your typical dev role. You’d be joining right at the start of a full rebrand. You’ll help build their new app and website from the ground up.
They are huge on culture. For example, they do “summer hours” and finish at 3:30pm on Fridays from June to August. Most of the dev team will go to the pub after work when they finish early. They also offer enhanced holidays, flexible hours, unlimited training, private healthcare—the works.
Coding-wise, they have some of the best developers around. Some are ex-FAANG. Some are ex-successful start-up buyout engineers. Some have worked at household name brands. The Head of Dev said, "A good dev is a good dev," and can have worked anywhere. As long as they have 3+ years’ experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js – we want to speak to them!
But they’re all talented, collaborative, and part of a “fail first” culture where happy devs make the best code.
If there was ever a role to apply to… This. Is. It.
