2x Full Stack Dev (React/Next.js & TypeScript/Node) Up to £75,000 + Bonus | 3 Days in Shoreditch | Flexible & Summer Hours
Looking for that sweet spot between tech-for-good, cutting-edge projects, and a genuinely great culture? I am currently working with a household name brand who is in the Tech 4 Good space and has 10M+ social media followers, millions of users on their app and website. Everything you create will have a real-world impact.
The Work
You’ll work closely with a modern, product-focused tech team - but you will be given autonomy to work on your own projects and scale architecture from the ground up. Expect to build from the ground up—most of your work will be greenfield. Yes, actual greenfield—not greenfield with legacy catch-up on the side.
The Culture
I’ve been to the office genuinely, people love it. They have a chef on site who will cook you anything you want. This is a tech-first company, where pushing the product forward with tech is the main priority. You’ll actually work with a company that prioritises the tech team.
Why You’ll Care
- £75k base + bonus
- 3 days in a Shoreditch office that people actually want to go to
- Flexible working hours
- Summer hours (in the summer everyone finishes early)
- Unlimited training budget
- Enhanced holidays
- Private healthcare
- No red tape, no rigid hierarchy—just solid engineering, smart people, and meaningful work.
The main tech stack is:
- Frontend: React/.Next.JS
- Backend: Typescript/Node
However, the main thing is someone who is hands-on and has worked with architecture. The Head of Eng said they are open to anyone with any language/library/experience. A good dev is a good dev.
If you’re a Full Stack Dev who wants autonomy, purpose, and a real product challenge—drop me a message or apply now.
