What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the key as proxy between business and technical teams
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Analyse existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Translate business needs into clear documentation, including user stories, workflows, and specifications
- Support delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure solutions align with business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how systems support them
- Confident communicator, skilled in stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across global regions and time zones
- Experience with tools like SQL or Power BI
