Please ensure that this is completed in full in order that your application can be reviewed.\\n\\nJob Title: Engagement & Activity Practitioner\\n\\nSalary: £26,854 per annum + £750 Homeworking Allowance per annum\\n\\nHours & Contract: 35 Hours per week – Permanent Role\\n\\nLocation: Homebased, preferably in the Cardiff area, with regular travel required to support children and young people in foster families in the South East Wales area, extending from Cardiff to Monmouthshire.
