What will the apprentice be doing?
- To handle office enquiries from start to finish; including qualifying the client requirement and creating rapport, sourcing office options, arranging viewings, negotiating and completing deals.
- To self-source new clients, be active on LinkedIn and drive Workthere’s business development.
- To develop excellent knowledge of the flexible office market, including future trends, in order to add value whilst providing professional and reasoned advice to clients.
- To maintain records on the CRM on a daily basis, chasing and archiving clients where necessary.
- To develop a strong internal network at Savills by forging relationships with, and often working alongside, Savills’ office agency teams on their client enquiries or referrals.
- To build an external network and become well regarded in the marketplace amongst operators and other brokers alike.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The apprentice will gain a Level 4 Sales Executive Qualification. The course will last for a duration of 18 months, the successful applicant will also receive training monthly by one of our trainers.

- Leasing brokerage experience preferable, but not necessary.
- Self-motivated and target-driven – this is ultimately a sales role.
- An enthusiastic team player – there is a strong culture in the team and the wider company.
- Able to build rapport quickly with new clients and maintain relationships with longstanding ones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient administration and time management skills.
- Proficiency in IT (Microsoft Office, CRM, Outlook, Excel).
- Full and clean UK driving licence.
