We are looking for an Apprentice Property Manager with a natural flair to join our successful and growing team at John Shepherd Ltd. The candidate must be extremely well organised, enthusiastic and able to multi-task with ease. You will be given internal training alongside your apprenticeship qualification to get you up to speed in no time!
The apprentice will gain a Level 3 Housing and Property Management Qualification. The role isnβt for the faint hearted so you will need to have some resilience about you. You will be responsible for:
- Day to Day Tenancy Management of c250 Tenancies dealing with Landlords, Tenants & Contractors
- Cross Selling Additional Products To Both Landlords & Tenants
- Conducting End Of Tenancy Check Outs & Mid Term Inspections
- Arrears Management
- Generating New Business
