Linley & Simpson York is seeking an Apprentice Lettings Consultant in York.
You will support branch staff with property appraisals, register tenants and landlords on the VECO system, and liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure the letting process proceeds smoothly from instruction to move-in.
You will complete the Level 3 Housing and Property Management qualification as part of your training, including Property Mark exams to enable ARLA registration in due course.
