What You'll Do
- Build people capability - Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members, creating a culture that embodies Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour
- Drive memorable experiences - Partner with the RGM to ensure every customer interaction reflects our QXR commitment
- Own operational excellence - Support the management of daily operations, food quality, safety, and compliance
- Grow the business - Help drive sales growth and profit through strong team performance and operational focus
- Lead by example - Demonstrate Live Mas values every shift and help your team do the same
What We're Looking For
- A Live Mas attitude - Someone who leads with energy, authenticity, and genuine passion for the brand
- Mas Heart in action - You have experience coaching and developing team members; you build strong relationships and create belonging
- Proven leadership - Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service
