Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Linwood for a Restaurant General Manager. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing profit and loss statements, and budgeting. Other responsibilities include hiring and training new staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving store performance to achieve targeted goals.

- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service excellence
- Experience in Hiring and training staff
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous management experience in the restaurant or retail industry is preferred
- Bachelor\\\βs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or relevant field is a plus
