We’re looking for a marketing rebel with commercial edge. As UK & Ireland Brand Manager, you’ll own the brand strategy end-to-end, driving awareness, relevance, and footfall. Reporting into the UK & Ireland Marketing Director, you’ll work in a flat, entrepreneurial environment with real exposure to senior leaders and global teams. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll think strategically, act commercially, and execute brilliantly.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver the UK & Ireland brand strategy, driving growth, relevance, and sales
- Lead national brand campaigns from idea to execution, across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-restaurant
- Manage creative agencies and partners across TV, POS, social, and digital
- Build and execute a strong social and digital strategy to connect with our audience
- Lead cross-functional squads across finance, operations, food innovation, and franchise partners
- Develop new store opening and local marketing plans
- Drive revenue through core activations, LTOs, and value platforms
- Bring global best practices to local execution and scale what works
Who You Are
- 5+ years’ experience in brand or marketing roles (FMCG, QSR, retail, or food preferred)
- Proven experience building big brands with commercial impact
- Strong influencer and relationship-builder across cross-functional and external partners
- Confident managing agencies, budgets, timelines, and complex stakeholders
- Data-driven, but creatively bold
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth, start-up-style environments
- Strategic thinker who can roll up sleeves and execute
- Restaurant, retail, or franchise experience is a strong advantage
