Responsibilities: You will support the Restaurant Manager and partner in all aspects of the running of the business. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching the Shift Leaders and Team members in store and feeding back to the RGM. Your goal is to drive great operational standards, nurture your people and deliver sales growth and opportunities.
Qualifications: Management experience is preferred but not a deal breaker. Successful candidates will be willing to learn and looking for growth in a career in QSR.
