Taco Bell UK & Ireland is seeking a seasoned Property & Development Lead to drive the UK & Ireland estate strategy, including development, acquisitions, and facilities management across the network.
You will manage site sourcing, IRR/P&L analyses, lease negotiations, and portfolio reporting, while leading cross-functional teams to ensure brand standards and profitable growth.
