We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Coach to join our team at Taco Bell/Karali QSR in the Fast Food department. As an Area Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Taco Bell restaurant locations in the Essex Area, ensuring operational excellence and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching restaurant managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Implementing company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Developing and executing strategies to optimize profitability and enhance overall performance
