We are seeking a Quality, Health & Safety & Governance Lead to drive and oversee our governance, quality, and compliance frameworks. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, ensuring robust risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the organisation. This is a full-time permanent role, working from our office in Aberdeen.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead governance frameworks, policies, and compliance across the organisation
  • Oversee audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance trends
  • Manage incidents, complaints, and investigations with clear action plans
  • Ensure effective health & safety systems, risk assessments, and reporting
  • Maintain document control and quality management systems (QMS)
  • Provide expert advice to leadership and operational teams
  • Lead reporting, analysis, and governance communications
  • Manage and support QHSE and data protection functions

About you:

  • Strong experience in governance, quality, health & safety, or compliance roles
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory and legislative frameworks
  • Proven experience leading audits, inspections, or investigations
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with strong report writing skills
  • Able to influence stakeholders and drive organisational change
  • Professional qualification in QHSE, governance, or risk management
  • Knowledge of ISO standards or quality management systems
  • Experience in a regulated environment
  • Leadership or management experience
