We are seeking a Quality, Health & Safety & Governance Lead to drive and oversee our governance, quality, and compliance frameworks. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‐on delivery, ensuring robust risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the organisation. This is a full‐time permanent role, working from our office in Aberdeen.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead governance frameworks, policies, and compliance across the organisation
- Oversee audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance trends
- Manage incidents, complaints, and investigations with clear action plans
- Ensure effective health & safety systems, risk assessments, and reporting
- Maintain document control and quality management systems (QMS)
- Provide expert advice to leadership and operational teams
- Lead reporting, analysis, and governance communications
- Manage and support QHSE and data protection functions
About you:
- Strong experience in governance, quality, health & safety, or compliance roles
- Excellent understanding of regulatory and legislative frameworks
- Proven experience leading audits, inspections, or investigations
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‐solving skills
- Confident communicator with strong report writing skills
- Able to influence stakeholders and drive organisational change
- Professional qualification in QHSE, governance, or risk management
- Knowledge of ISO standards or quality management systems
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Leadership or management experience
