The role reports to the London Office Team Lead and supports approximately 250 employees in the EMEA region. The Office Coordinator delivers excellent customer service, manages day-to-day operations, and maintains an environment where employees can be productive and enjoy themselves.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service while managing all day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain and organize the office/work environment.
  • Be the primary point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors; greet visitors, triage requests, manage appointment calendars, and forward phone calls.
  • Maintain security procedures and control access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Keep office supplies and IT equipment inventory and manage the fully-stocked kitchen.
  • Plan and coordinate ad-hoc projects and events such as office lunches, annual parties, and other company functions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an office coordinator, ideally in a tech environment with a front office and receptionist role.
  • Hands-on mentality: willing to take on any task and contribute to the success of the employee experience and Office Admin team.
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple requests.
  • Proactive and resourceful in dealing with issues and anticipating future needs.
  • Experience booking travel and sourcing new vendors cost-effectively.
  • Ability to lift 15–20 lb items for office maintenance.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
