As a Learning & Development Director on the People team in our London office, you will play a vital role in shaping how our people grow, lead, and thrive. You will drive global learning and development strategies that help individuals unlock their potential, support leadership at all levels, and strengthen Taboola's performance-first culture. To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including 4+ years in a strategic or leadership capacity
  • Experience creating and scaling global L&D programs across multiple regions
  • The ability to translate business needs into high-impact learning strategies
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing leadership decisions
  • Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience leading change initiatives in a fast-paced tech or digital company
  • Exposure to DEI-focused learning and leadership enablement programs

As a Learning & Development Director, you will bring value by:
