How you’ll make an impact:

  • Managing a strategic book of business and portfolio by prioritising clients based on potential, spotting opportunities to scale, and identifying new business needs.
  • Driving growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and proactive outreach to expand international accounts and launch new product features.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and managing a client portfolio to grow accounts according to their maximum potential.
  • Providing strategic account insights by analysing data and creating custom reports to support arguments for growth and platform optimisation.
  • Collaborating across the team with common objectives to achieve client goals, strengthen relationships, and grow partnerships from a revenue perspective.
  • Acting as a proactive consultant to ensure clients follow best practices and maximize every opportunity to achieve success on the platform.
  • Working closely with clients to help them understand and optimise their campaigns, hit specific goals, and scale their accounts.
  • Overseeing end‑to‑end campaign management, from handling initial technical implementations and tracking codes to coordinating with ad ops for successful launches.
  • Leading face‑to‑face quarterly business reviews and meetings with stakeholders ranging from day‑to‑day contacts to C‑level executives.
  • Organising lunch and learn sessions that educate clients, elevate expertise, and accelerate growth.
