Reporting to the General Manager, our Kitchen Managers play a pivotal role in the daily success and smooth running of the restaurant. It’s all about building a winning team and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Located in the charming village of Minster, just outside Ramsgate, Smugglers Retreat is perfectly placed for both locals and tourists. With popular seaside towns like Broadstairs, Margate and Sandwich just a short drive away, the restaurant enjoys steady footfall and a vibrant atmosphere.
The area is packed with family-friendly attractions—making it a go-to spot for diners looking to relax and refuel. With a spacious car park and proximity to a Premier Inn, the site is easily accessible and benefits from a consistent stream of guests, especially during weekends and holidays.
What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and developing kitchen team members
