Our Atherton based team is looking for an experienced and meticulous individual to join our Payroll Department as a full-time permanent Payroll Officer. The Payroll Officer delivers accurate and compliant payroll services, applying strong knowledge of payroll legislation, industrial instruments and systems to resolve complex transactions and maintain payroll integrity. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, manages competing priorities, and supports business continuity by undertaking Payroll Advisor duties as required.

Attractive work/life balance - 72.5 hours per fortnight. Flexible working arrangements with RDO incentive. 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading. Attractive superannuation - 12% employer contribution. Access to pro-rata long service leave after 7 years of service. Uniforms and personal protective equipment supplied. Hearing checks, flu shots and skin checks (subject to availability). Discounted health insurance available.
