Our Atherton team is looking for a highly organised and adaptable individual to join our Finance department as a full-time Finance Support Officer on a maximum term basis until 30 April 2027. As the connection between accounts payable functions and accounting duties, this position is responsible for the processing of accurate payments to suppliers in a timely manner ensuring compliance with Tablelands Regional Council (TRC) policy and procedure to mitigate fraud risk. This position is also responsible for daily treasury functions, record maintenance and integrity, month end processing, and provides support for tasks across audits, financial statements, budgets and financial projects while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Base salary package from $2,936.48 per fortnight ($40.50 per hour)

Locality allowances (if eligible)
