An exciting opportunity exists for an internal candidate to advance their career and become part of TRC's Mayor's Office as a full-time Executive Assistant to the Mayor on a Maximum Term basis until Wednesday 30 June 2027. The Executive Assistant - Mayor conducts research and provides executive support, advice and administration services for the Mayor and Councillors. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this role is crucial in managing the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CEO, ensuring effective communication and engagement with key stakeholders and supporting the Mayor and Councillors to meet civic, representational and statutory responsibilities.

Base salary package from $3,233.97 per fortnight ($44.61 per hour)

Locality allowances (if eligible)

Attractive work/life balance - 72.5 hours per fortnight
